Warranty Terms

A valid proof of purchase is required for any warranty claim.
DLC Home reserves the right to request photographic evidence of the defect, as well as the product identification details such as serial number, lot number, or order number.

This warranty applies to DLC Home products purchased and used within the European Union.
Any defect must be reported within 5 days from the date it is first noticed.

Depending on the nature of the issue, the product will either be replaced or repaired, or replacement parts will be supplied within 15 days. The warranty period of the repaired or replaced product will continue from the date of the original purchase.

When returning a defective product, it must be packed securely to avoid damage during transport (using the original packaging when possible).
If the warranty claim is accepted, DLC Home will arrange the collection and cover the return shipping costs.
Customers should not return products via another carrier than the one designated by DLC Home, and cannot claim reimbursement for shipping costs if a different carrier is used.

If a warranty claim is found to be unjustified, DLC Home reserves the right to charge the customer for diagnostic and shipping costs.
The customer will be informed in advance and the process will continue only upon written confirmation of acceptance of these costs.

DLC Home shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or information caused by the defective product.
All warranty repairs will be carried out by DLC Home or its authorized service partners, and any replaced parts will become the property of DLC Home.

This warranty does not limit or replace the consumer’s legal rights under applicable national laws regarding the sale of goods.
