1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a private customer (consumer) residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing by email at [email protected], including:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Product name(s)
  • Date of delivery

You may use our withdrawal form (available upon request), but it is not mandatory.

 

2. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund:

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging, including all parts and accessories.
  • The product must not show signs of installation, modification, or wear.
  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days after you notify us of your withdrawal.

We cannot accept returns of:

  • Customized or special-order items made to your specifications
  • Products that were used, damaged, or altered after delivery

 

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to damage or error caused by DLC HOME Kft.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return.
  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, we will arrange free replacement or cover the return cost.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase (unless otherwise agreed).

If the product is damaged, incomplete, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund.

 

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or with missing parts:

  • Please contact us immediately (within 72 hours of delivery) at [email protected], including photos or videos of the issue and the packaging.
  • We will offer replacement parts, a full product replacement, or a refund at no additional cost to you.

7. B2B Purchases

For business (B2B) transactions, returns and refunds are only accepted for defective or damaged items.
