Shipping & Delivery Policy – DLC HOME


                              Free Delivery


                              If we advertise "Free Delivery" for a product, that means the price you pay includes delivery to your address. There will be no separate shipping cost for that option.


                              Order Processing Time


                              Orders placed Monday–Friday (08:00-16:00 CET) are processed the same day.


                              Orders placed outside these hours or on weekends/holidays will be processed on the next business day.


                              Delivery Time


                              Standard delivery time within EU countries is 2-5 working days from order confirmation, assuming the item is in stock.


                              For remote locations, oversized products, or special circumstances, the delivery time may be longer.


                              Shipping Method & Tracking


                              Shipments are made via trusted courier partners (e.g. DPD, DHL, UPS or other) from our warehouse in Budapest, Hungary.


                              After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow the delivery status.


                              Delivery Location


                              Delivered to the address you specify during checkout (door-to-door).


                              For buildings with restricted access (multi-storey, no lift, etc.), delivery means to the main entrance of the building or specified access point unless other arrangements are agreed.


                              Handling of Delivery Issues


                              If the product is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage so we can arrange replacement or repair.


                              If you fail to collect the product (in case of pick-up point or similar arrangements), the cost of return shipping or storage may be deducted from any refund.


                              Customer Responsibilities for “Free Delivery”


                              For “Free Delivery” offers, you must prepay your order; otherwise, non-paid orders may be rejected or returned, and costs incurred borne by the customer.


                              Ensure you provide correct delivery address and contact information at the time of order.


                              Returns and Exchanges


                              You may return or exchange the product within 14 days of delivery.


                              Returned items must be in original packaging, unused, and include all accessories. Return shipping for non-defective reasons is borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise.
